We’ve been to Fleur de sel a few time and just keep going back . The restaurant is a little piece of France in the heart of Hong Kong . They are not only Galettes and Crepes, you must to try the homemade duck confit ,lamb shank and all the special on the blackboard !! The chef and his wife were really helpful ,you won’t be disappointed!

睇到新聞介紹呢間餐廳，今日6pm過黎試下法式薄餅。餐廳係採取露天設計，冇冷氣，但係有風扇。感覺幾relax，係石屎森林裏面嘅一個綠洲咁。cold chocolate ，小朋友見到美麗嘅圖案開心，飲管係用鋼飲管，環保啲。Cabonara with black truffle ，個汁做得幾稠，習慣想食慣咗有生雞蛋係上面嗰隻意粉，麵條都幾煙韌。kinder surprise crepe，有一隻出奇蛋同埋玩具，另外加咗一個雲呢拿雪糕。小朋友有得食有得玩好開心，個餅皮都幾滑嘅。la chef complete ，今次係第一次食Galette ，我覺得個餅好鞋，好乾，唔太鍾意食鹹嘅薄餅，d mushroom 幾好食，應該係用來做早餐，但係我選擇咗夜晚食?試吓其他國家嘅嘢食都幾開心，今次係因為去山頂行吓，行之前過嚟試吓呢間餐廳，我覺得可以一試??
